The sales figure is less than what was anticipated for Bruce, but is still easily enough to land him the #1 spot, finishing Taylor Swift’s 8 week run on top.

Springsteen Releases + Announces Tour!

As expected, Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band will tour North America this spring.
The tour will be to support their new album, titled “Working on a Dream”, which came out today (January 27th, 2009) in the USA.
Springsteen will hit the road begining in April, in San Jose, California.

Bruce Springsteen won a trophy at the Golden Globe awards for the song “The Wrestler” from the movie of the same name starring Mickey Rouke.
“The Wrestler” is one of the tracks from Bruce’s new album “Working On A Dream”, set for release on January 26.
